13 Brilliant benefits of exercising daily!

Updated: Jan 2

"THE NEW WEALTH" Exercising is becoming more and more common. More people are starting to wake up and finding more reasons to why exercising is a requirement and important in their lives.

"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing." - Muhammad Ali

These benefits comes from the research of Anatomy and Physiology, experience, and common sense. Why should I workout everyday?

1. We discover a strong mindset. The thing is, when we workout we create a world in our mind, a world in which we have control. This is when we become whoever we want to be. Most of us become warriors. We get to focus on our body and our mind usually likes it.

2. Exercising becomes our anti-depressant. I know you can relate. When you don't go to the gym for two weeks or you don't stay active at all, that's when we get beat mentally. But when we get out of that mindset and immediately go for a run, we come back feeling like brand new person, because we need that.

3. It is the #1 best healing method we have. Although therapy helps overcome certain mental challenges - exercising heals you, and keeps you strong. Also, it will always be there for you 24/7. Whenever you need it. Once a day for 1 hour is enough.

4. We get to heal our ego and learn to work with it. Look, I know how this sounds. But truth be told, we all got an ego. Now, since we got that out of the way... When we exercise we get the opportunity to heal our ego. We succeed by not comparing ourselves to other people but encouraging and empowering each other.

We may come to a realization that - it's me vs ME - we heal our ego and we tap into the warrior mindset, we improve our focus and get intentional with what we do.

5. Our digestive system improves. We get to learn about our body and what it needs. We look into vitamins and supplements like vitamin B12 to help our body become more & more strong and healthy. Or we choose to go all natural and eat clean to have a good and healthy digestive system.

6. We enhance muscle performance. We get to discover how strong our body can get, so we are motivated to continuously seek out that mystery. Our muscle performance gets better and we increase our endurance. We are getting more and more busy now, we need all the endurance we can get.

7. We gain a different perspective on recovery period. Fun Fact: Understanding heat production and loss can be useful. Muscular activity generates considerable heat. The rest is released as heat. A resting muscle fiber relying on aerobic metabolism captures about 42 percent of the energy released in catabolism.

Rest days (1-day to 2-day resting period is good) are important, we want to produce more energy and rest will help us with this.

In this period of rest energy reserves are consumed heat is released, and if the contraction was at peak levels, lactic acid is generated. Also the conditions in muscle fibers (fast fiber and slow fibers) are returned to normal, pre-exertion levels.

8. We gain a better body image. Our muscles show progress and it makes us happy. Our sleep improves. and our energy is sometimes unstoppable!

9. We get to connect with our warrior spirit. We find courage to do whatever needs to be done. We push ourselves to the limit. This stage is important because we have to listen to what we say to ourselves. What we say to ourselves shapes us into who we are, we must speak positively and real to ourselves.

10. We learn to let go. When we challenge ourselves physically, we learn to let go certain weight and control what we can. We learn to let go when we put too much weight on our shoulders.

11. We tend to get what we prayed for. We manifest positivity in our lives. It comes when we are ready to accept it fully!

12. We become happy individuals. Our Happiness occurs when you begin to love yourself.

13. We start to notice improvements in all areas of our lives. Our income may double or triple. Our love towards people may rise. Lastly, our communication improves because we become more confident in who we are.

Finally,

I hope these 13 benefits will be an addition to your why you chose to exercise everyday. If you are starting a journey to get better, stronger and healthier body, you are in for great treat. Keep on climbing that mountain.
